Shipping & Returns
Delivery
- We deliver all over Pakistan in 2–5 working days.
- Delivery is free on orders over Rs 2,999. Below that, a flat Rs 250 delivery charge applies.
- We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Payment
Cash on Delivery: pay in cash when your order arrives.
30-day returns
- If you are not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
- Products should be clean, undamaged and in their original cover.
- Once we receive and check the return, we refund or exchange it.
Pillow care
- Use a pillow cover and wash it regularly.
- Fluff your pillow every day and air it in the sun from time to time.
- Spot clean small stains with a damp cloth and mild soap.
